The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of yeast, light spices, malt, fruit, dry citrus and it is refreshing and uncomplicated to drink. But it does surprise me that this is a kölsch? Grainy-pale-malty, lightly fruity aroma with some honey sweetness, and aromatic hops. Quite strongly hoppy, pale-malty flavor with cardboard hints, and a dryish, bitter and slightly sour finish. Taste is a bit sweet, some bitterness and has some grassy hops and some maltiness. It’s okay.
