Bottle. Unclear muddy light to medium red amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate elderberry, light berry acidic. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Very refreshing. (150308)

Countbeer (1943) - Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - MAR 19, 2012
Bottle: Medium to bigger very thick and vast white head, which disappears really slow, on top of a hazy darker orange colored beer. Smell fruit like orange and abricot, some hops and citrus, some dusty hops and/or dusty malts, bandage and some light earthy spices. Taste is a strange mix of fruit like abricot and peach and a hint of tangerine/orange, some cheese, light herby/spicy, some hops with a medium but pretty vast bitterness, light malty grass and some earthy tones. Aftertaste is a decent bitter mix of grass, hops and some fruit. Low carbo, light tingly mouthfeel at first than it becomes soft, thicker and more creamier, a good medium to a lightly lightly fuller body and a creamy texture. Bit dusty, some earth, tiny bit strangely mixed but a pretty decent beer.

3-4 year old bottle shared by Dennis at plovmand tasting, thanks! Pours muddy yellow-orange, with a white head. Aroma is sweet and "lager" vinegar, light spicy, just like "drueagurker". Flavour is sweet and fruity with notes of vinegar and mild spices. It has no notes of oxidation as expected.
