On bottle. The aroma has some malts, yeast, little citrus. Bit hazy, copper coloured beer with a white head. The taste is sweet, bit alcoholic, has some fruits, malts, bit yeast.

Bottle 330ml.

[ Trade by Countbeer ]. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, moderate hoppy, fruity, light to moderate yeasty, leather, fruit. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, dry, riped apple, fruity, leather notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle @ Ulfborg Mid March Tasting, 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a small off white head. Orange fruit, baking yeast and sweet alcohol. Sticky. Cloying, hot and too much.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Hazy dark yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit and yeast. Flavour is malt, yeast, medium sweet, fruit, liquorice, spices with notes of alcohol.

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma of prunes and dates, with a herbal note and a touch of dusty cellar. Sweet and fruity flavour with a dusty hint and notable hot alcohol

Bottle @ home. Clear orange / golden color, small white head that diminishes almost instantly. Smell malts, sweetness, fruits. Taste is sweet for a tripel, with some fruity notes. A bit different from ’standard’ tripel imo. Soft yet lightly fizzy carbonation, medium body, though it doesn’t taste like a 9% ABV beer. Odd.

A clear golden colored beer, with a thick foamy white head. The aroma of malts with fresh fruits. The taste of soem sweet malts, fruits like citrus. The aftertaste is a little bitter with sweet fruits.

Bottle: Small white head on top of a hazy darker orange colored beer. Smell medicine, yellow fruit, pear, wheat and hop. Taste yellow fruit, malts, hops, spices, bitter, herbs, sweets, hints of brown sugars, grain and barleys. Aftertaste of sweets, herbs and yellow fruit with hints of hops and bitter. Medium carbo, soft tingly mouthfeel, medium body and light creamy texture.
