A clear yellow colored beer, with a thick foamy white head. The aroma of boiled rice, with some fruits. The taste is dry perfume, with some sweet and bitter. The aftertaste is bittersweet.

Bottle @ home. Thanks to Joes for sharing. Clear yellow / golden color, very small white head. Smell some sweet-sourness and some Apple. Taste sour: artificial and not good. Fizzy carbo, low to medium body.

Bottle: Medium airy white sticky head on top of a hazy light yellow colored beer. Smell malts like in a Barley Wine, yeast and light fruity like in Belgian Ale, hint of rice like in a Sake and some glue and sharpness. Taste is a bit sharp in the malts and hops in the beginning and turns more softer (guess it’ the rice). Bit sharp of yeast... Taste hop glue, spices, some sweets and yeast, wine ish, (guess from the rice). Also hint of spices, hops, (green) apple, grass, herbs, green leaves.. Guess its the rice you taste very clear which you also taste in sake. Medium carbo, sharper than right after a softer mouthfeel, medium body and a light creamy texture. Strange mix not bad, it’s pretty balanced but a bit harsh Gets a bit better after a while, but still a bit harsh..
