Bottled. Strong lemon aroma with traces of vinegar. Cloudy, yellow color, white head, good lace. Sweet, but this is overwhelmed by a strong lemon flavor, rather bitter in the finish. Medium body and light sticky. Too much citrus if you ask me.

Bottle: Very big lively white head, disappears with regular speed and leaves a slower disappearing medium sized rocky vaster white head. Very strange deep hazy dark yellow to dirty orange colored beer. Aroma’s of wheat, soda, soap, yeast, grains, sharper/stingy grains, rice, hint of older (but not skunky) hops, some citrus notes and a hint of cardboard. Taste wheat, malts, citrus, light banana, hint of malty caramel, some herbs, some hops, a light bitter sweetness and some yeasty notes. A lingering light wheaty light bitter light grassy aftertaste. Low to medium carbo, soft mouthfeel, medium bodied and a light creamy texture. Decent but nothing superb.

Bottle @ home. Cloudy opaque yellow, small white head that disappears quickly. Smell malts, some lemon or citrus and some wheat. Taste wheat, lemon. Average carbo, low to medium.

Starker Kräuterantrunk mit deutlichen Hefeakzenten. Sehr blumig hopfig, verdrängt durch die zu starke Karbonisierung. Trotzdem sind die Aromen deutlich erkennbar, zum Ende verschmelzen sie zu einem weichen Gesamtaroma, eine minimale Säuerlichkeit passt. Bald werden die Kräuter milder, auch lohnt nun nicht mehr die Unterscheidung der verschiedenen Arten. Erfrischendes Wit! 8/8/10/10/10/9

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained not much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thick blond color and a light acid taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a metaltouch. This beer smells fruity.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of jbrus. Hazy, pale golden with a dense, white head. Distinct aroma of coriander. Light-bodied with fairly sweet citrus notes and a soapy edge. Dry, alkaline finish. 200507

From 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Aroma of wheat and coriander, very citric. Flavour is refreshing citric with wheat and lemon blended into the finish. Finish is rather fruity.

Bottled Hazy yellow colour. Orange peel and choriander are most notable in aroma - no wonder. A light juniper touch is found in flavour. Good caressing body. Balanced beer here, yet one dimensional.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, spices and some soap. Flavour is spicy, citrus, soap and some yeast. Some slight spicyness in finish. Refreshing and pleasant.
