COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our version of a Berliner Weisse, but fermented with ambient yeast and bacteria. Tart with citrus and fruit notes, a subtle grain character, and a hint of funk.

Poured from a 750ml bottle. Lemony, dusty, doughy, apple. This is a great Berliner Weisse.

On tap at the brewery. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of sourness, some light fruit notes, light malt and wheat. Flavor the same with a nice blend. Average texture. Incredible sourness and amount of flavor for the ABV.

Bottle @ Tin Bucket. Hazed straw color with a tall white head. Starts off with some popcorn and grass but quickly jumps into an intense lemon juice aroma. Hints of pear and melon, some grass, and a subtle cracker quality. Intense lemon sourness on the tongue. Lots of tangy fruits such as unripe melon and gooseberry. Might be a little too much to drink that much of, but mostly enjoyable.

Bottle, shared at Tin Bucket, RBSG. Cloudy, translucent lemon yellow. Rhubarab, wheat, light lactic acidity, tart and quenching. Terrific!

Pour is a murky pale yellow with a foamy white head that dissipates immediately. Nose is heavily sulfuric and eggy with hints of lemon and brett. Taste is a bit sweeter, still lots of sulfur, less egg, more decent lemon, a little tartness through finish. Moderate carb, lighter body.

Very bready on the nose. Relatively clear for a Berliner. Fruity and tart. Yeasty and bready. Beautiful.

Bottle: The aroma consists of wheat, citrus, light lemon, and must. It pours a transparent a dull gold with a minimal white head that quickly fades to almost nothing. The flavor starts with a quick dose of citrus and faint wheat. The finish light-moderate lemon with barely a hint of must. It’s light bodied with minimal carbonation.

Bottle shared by ygtbsm94. Thanks Brad. Pale yellow body with a small head that fades rapidly. Aromas of wheat, lactic funk. A light, easy drinking Berliner. Some lemon, wheat, a touch of floral notes. Puckering finish with tart citrus lingering. Solid.
