3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Shared by GT @ Richard’s tasting. Murky brown pour with a small khaki head. Not exactly attractive. Aroma is hazelnut, vanilla, coffee, and chocolate. Slight tartness, some sweet caramel, and lemon. Interesting... Flavor is a bit more tart/acidic than the nose. Lemon, coffee, hazelnut, and vanilla. Coffee, chocolate, and some caramel. Really strange.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
750mL bottle, pours a deep dark brown with a small tan head. Nose is rather nasty, with old coffee, combined with tart dark fruits - the combo doesn’t really work here. Flavour is just as weird, with very tart dry dark fruits, followed by stale coffee. This combo just doesn’t work at all. Not palatable beyond a few sips. Drain pour.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
750mL thanks to brainlair. Pours a full haze, muddy deep brown. Really amazing hazelnut, vanilla, caramel macchiatto iced coffee drink. Taste is tart coffee, dusty, cinnamon, lemon. Becomes something like a drained hazelnut, white chocolate macchiatto. Aerated, dry palate. Works together fairly well for wild stout.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Rather tasty considering the wild yeast allowed in. Light coffee and malt aroma. Flavour is malt and coffee with a tart finish. Dark black/brown with thick beige head. Draft
