COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A blend of three Gin barrels of 14 month aged Saison. We added orange peel in barrel to highlight the beautiful citrus character from the wild fermentation, then subtly dry hopped at blending with floral and fruit forward northwest hops. Big orange and spicy botanical aromas and flavors.

Pours cloudy dark orange with little head. Smells incredibly juicy with citrus on the nose and faint woodiness. Taste is sublime.... immediate grapefruit and orange, followed by a pine resin and salty middle, and a gin booziness to end. Very juicy and drinkable. Another fine one from De Garde

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a dark orange with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong citrus, floral hop, oak, gin. Medium mouthfeel with nice tart citrus, light booze, so juicy and easy to drink, very impressive.

Cloudy straw-gold colored body, thin white head, spotty lacing. Herbal gin, orange peel, tropical notes, a bit chemically, and sharp. Light bodied with lively carbonation, lingering finish, semi-dry throughout.

Pours hazy and murky gold. Smell is Tangerine peach and orange tang skins. So salty and spree candied out. Medium body. Tons of pineapple, passionfruit and mango throughout the sip and finish. Very mimosa like overall but more tropical. Awesome

Bottle thanks to Brandon, thanks man! Pour is cloudy orange with small white head. Aroma and flavor tart with lots of orange and some herbs. Faint glue and mild chemical - could be the gin. It’s good.

From un-labeled bottle at the brewery with Trevor and friends. Pour is slightly murky golden orange with a big white head and great lacing. Huge orange peel, pine - awesome juicy gin earthy-type notes - tangerines and grapefruit. Taste is juicy mimosa orange juice, biscuit, oaky, pine needles, straw, and funk with a high dry, effervescent finish. Medium body with crisp carbonation. The amazing orange characteristics are unparalleled and pair beautifully with the gin barrels. Sooooo Good.

Sampled at Midwest Belgian Beer Festival 2014 - This was a big highlight of the festival. Impressive. Pours cloudy yellow with a white head. The aroma has funk, hay, bugs, toastiness and some grapefruit / orange notes. It has a medium husky body with a light amount of carbonation. The taste starts out with wild ale funkiness, orange, grapefruit, zest and earthiness. The finish has lots of bugginess and hints of the barrels. This was complex and extremely enjoyable. Would love to sit down with a bottle of this at some point.

Poured from bottle to snifter. Hazy orange hue with fizzy white head that dissipates rather quickly. Aroma is lactic, tangerine, acetic, spruce, orange peel, oak. Mouthfeel is fantastic with medium light body and zesty carbonation. Taste is dry with a tart sourness throughout and a slightly dry finish. Overall this is fantastically refreshing!
