effervescent red-chestnut body, thin fizzy cream head lasts. Salty chlorine DG nose, plastic of course, light acetic red fruits. Frothy red-fruit front palate, thin profile is acetic-dominant, cola-esque carbonation bordering on Cherokee Red flavor profile, no malt balance through sweet mid palate, light rubber and plastic late. Yep, Cherokee Red that’ll get you drunk.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
(750ml bottle) cloudy medium red-brown pour, little to no head. Nose of acetic acid, sour red base, oak, grapes, can’t get past the vinegar. Taste is nice though, oak, nice barrel presence, seltzer, acidic grapes, vinous. Not super complex. Fairly high carbonation. Acetic finish but not offensive.
