Bottle @ Mike’s House. Thanks, Mike. Ruby colored beer with a tall but short lived pink head. Very acidic, not surprisingly. A lot of berry, cherry, and grape. Some balsamic and red wine vinegar. Tannic fruit skins and grape. Some oak, grass, and a light musty, blue cheese funk. A little bit of a cherry candy. Just an overwhelming lemon juice note to the finish. A little bit much.

Bottle thanks to Matt. Pours hazy reddish hazel, large fizzy tan head, dissipates quickly, some lacing. Aroma is oak tannins, tart cherry, vinous notes, Brett funk. Flavor is fully tart, light funk, oaky and acetic. Medium body, super high carbonation.

effervescent red-chestnut body, thin fizzy cream head lasts. Salty chlorine DG nose, plastic of course, light acetic red fruits. Frothy red-fruit front palate, thin profile is acetic-dominant, cola-esque carbonation bordering on Cherokee Red flavor profile, no malt balance through sweet mid palate, light rubber and plastic late. Yep, Cherokee Red that’ll get you drunk.

Draft - Strawberry and seeds. Pinkish red with a white head. Berry, vinous barrels and a bitterness I am not a fan off.

On tap at De Garde, pours a cloudy ruby red with a small white head. Aroma is very juicy, with raisins, berries and light tartness. Flavour is really complex, with red berries, pithy notes, earth, and a vinous finish. Dry, vinous, and earthy on the finish. Wonderful stuff.
