Bottle. Light light unclear medium to dark yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, fruity - apricot, light to moderate yeasty, spicy - coriander ? Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (110408)

750 ml bottle from Liquid Solutions. Aroma of light funk, citrus and floral. Slightly hazy orange tinged color with a decent white head. Medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is fruity (apricot?), yeasty, lightly funky, hint of malty. Finish is very clean, and tending towards dry. It’s really quite a taste treat.

750 ml bottle from State Line. Pours turbid canary with 3 fingers of fluffy white head. Nose is pale malt, hopcitrus, some funky yeasty notes, and some perfumy florals. The flavor is just OK, with notes of malt, honey, apricotty fruit, hopcitrus, slight yeasty funk, and florals. This one, to me, just didn’t taste very good at all, and the balance seemed way off. The nose wasn’t bad, but the taste was rather bland.

750 ml brown champagne bottle. Crowned, but no cork. Best before July, 2009. Poured out a medium yellow color, with a decent white head. Aromas are of fresh mown hay, some sulfur, slight citrus. Flavors about the same as aromas. Some hay, slight funk. Decent beer overall. Nothing to write home about though.

Bottle, 6.5%. Sugar, caramel aroma. Clear golden colour, small white floaties. Small white head. The flavour is hoppy in a caramelly way, slightly sweet, papery but OK. Finishes on an uncompromising bitter note.

Little hazy golden bright with a rocky white head. Strange but pleasant herbal aroma, with a delicate malt sweetness. Right bodied. Easy drinking.
