3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. A hazy, yellow-orange beer with a diminishing off-white head. Sugary nose with some herbs and spices, and notes of fruits. Sweet and sugary flavor with a spiced touch. Sugary finish. Full-bodied and pleasantly carbonated. A decent beer, but too sugary for my likings. Definately not my favorite blond. 100115

Tasted from 11.2oz bottle. Pours pale yellow with a huge, foamy white head. Nose is yeasty with candy malt and some orange and spices. The flavor is slightly bitter with some candy malt and wheat. The carbonation is heavy with a light body and a longish bitter finish.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
750 ml. bottle. BBD 06/09. Pours a huge fluffy white, lasting head, over a hazy, particle loaded, golden (SRM 5) body.....nose is light lemon, apple, sugar cookie.....taste is lightly sweet throughout, with lemon, apple and mild allspice, ending slightly tart.....mouth feel is medium, with carbonation becoming creamy. This is a typical Belgian Blond Ale. It is slightly sweet, has light fruit and spice flavors and aromas, and has a creamy mouth feel. It is an enjoyable, but not particularly interesting beer. 2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pour is a blonde with a white head, Aroma is yeasty with some biscuity malts. Flavor is again some dry malts and almost no hop presence. Kinda wet paper bag going on here which I thought only would happen in a pale lager. Wow this is not good and gets boring real fast.
