omhper (12155), Stockholm, Sweden Jan 27, 2005 Bottled. Amber with a tremendous amount of sediment. Medium sweet and medium bodied, rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and some aromatic grassy hops. Pleasant beer, but perhaps no attention grabber. pivo (2535), Germany Nov 10, 2004 Grainy dusty nose like a horse blanket, hazy khaki-gold coor, low tight head. Thin weak malt then a hay-like grain middle with some sweetness at the end. Weak and watery. Didn’t like the aftertaste either. Overall, this works but it is not that special. skortila (2875), Bunnik, Netherlands Nov 1, 2004 Updated: Jun 30, 2005Malty-sweet aroma with fruit (oranges) and yeast. Quite amber coloured for a blond ale. Hazy. Lasting off-white, medium head. Looks fine. Taste is malty sweet again, oranges, yeast and some spices. Some bitterness. Quite okay brew. YogiBeera (2437), Hamburg, Germany Oct 24, 2004 Orange color, no head. Orange nose, orange aftertaste. Grassy in the taste. Kind of stale all in all. duff (5474), Surrey, Greater London, England Aug 2, 2004 Bottle. Last beer of the night. Very restrictive notes. Blonde, yeasty belgian, some candied sweetness. Haven’t got the best notes, but i remember it being pretty OK. chriso (4667), London, Greater London, England Jul 30, 2004 Last beer of the night following the Chelmsford Beer Festival, with Duff. On the train back to London. A yeasty, citric blond ale, with some sweetness. After 33 beers on the day, my notes don’t run to much more than that. Bottled.
MartinKubert (862), Copenhagen, Denmark Jun 30, 2004 Nice fresh and fruity aroma. Rather yeasty in both flavour and finish. Nothing interesting. Boring blond. Ungstrup (14754), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 3, 2004 The aroma is sweet malty with notes of yeast. The color is a clear beutiful amber, but with lots of chunks of yeast floating around - and it has a beutiful off-white head. The flavor is sweet yeasty with notes of flowers, berries, aroma hops, and oranges. The end is quite hoppy dry and flowery.
