The aroma is sweet malty with notes of yeast. The color is a clear beutiful amber, but with lots of chunks of yeast floating around - and it has a beutiful off-white head. The flavor is sweet yeasty with notes of flowers, berries, aroma hops, and oranges. The end is quite hoppy dry and flowery.

Hazy golden beer with lots of yeast leftovers. Nose is fruity, citrusy and hoppy. Flavor is nice and mild, fruit, oranges and somewhat watery. Very sparkling. Fresh.

Just a bit dark blonde with chunks of yeast floating. Very dusty and yeasty aroma and flavor. Sweet and sugary. Dusty mouthfeel. The beers seems infected.

Bottled: Hazy yellow coloured. White head, that dies quickly. Highly carbonated. Citrusy, yeast, malt and spices in the aroma. Fresh. Bland flavour. Light fruity and light spiced. Seems a little watery. Very mild alcahol bite in the end.

Dark , cloudy yellow in colour. This is a sweet, mellow flavoured beer with a dry finish. Really nothing special, though.

JorisPPattyn (6728) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - JAN 25, 2003
Dark golden, even, tickk white head. Sweet, sugar candi, peppery and pumpkin in the nose. Taste rather neutral, underlying sweetness/malt; superficial bitterness but not hops, more vegetable bitter. Again something spicey, even hint of smoked. Mouthfeel quite dry, a bit thin. Spicey bitterness keeps till the end, medium-long. Rather unremarkable, but no real faults. Quite OK for a beginning brewer.

Flaky, cloudy blond beer with a medium somewhat creamy head. Very spicy aroma. Chalky, spicy, fruity and caramelly taste. Neutral finish.
