The aroma is sweet malty with notes of yeast. The color is a clear beutiful amber, but with lots of chunks of yeast floating around - and it has a beutiful off-white head. The flavor is sweet yeasty with notes of flowers, berries, aroma hops, and oranges. The end is quite hoppy dry and flowery.

(Bottle 33 cl) Small and reasonably new Belgian brewery. I got this "Blond" from "Belgisk Bryg" in Emdrup. But it wasn’t for sale because of the large flaky sediments of yeast that lies at the bottom and creates doubt whether this beer is "off". As soon as the cap is off this beer fizzes extremely and floats out of the bottle. As far as flavour goes, this is still a delicious, soft blond ale with distinct sweetness and a hint of sourness. But something is definitely wrong.. 210103

Bottled. Amber with a tremendous amount of sediment. Medium sweet and medium bodied, rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and some aromatic grassy hops. Pleasant beer, but perhaps no attention grabber.

33 cL bottle, thanks to Ask, Jes, Jens and Rasmus for bringing this home to me. Pours hazy yellow with a one finger thick white head. Mild wheaty and light sweet nose. Mild sweet and malty flavoured with a light wheaty note. Smooth flavoured and texture.

Bottle. Light light unclear medium to dark yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, fruity - apricot, light to moderate yeasty, spicy - coriander ? Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (110408)

Bottle, 6.5%. Sugar, caramel aroma. Clear golden colour, small white floaties. Small white head. The flavour is hoppy in a caramelly way, slightly sweet, papery but OK. Finishes on an uncompromising bitter note.

Cloudy golden color; frothy head. The aroma is both malty and spicy. Same for the flavor, with stronger malt and stronger spice touch (coriander and light juniper), ending with a bold bitterness. Good.

33cl bottle. Deep gold/orange colour with thin white head. Lovely intense hop malt aroma. Really nice agressive grapefruit and tangerine with plenty of juicy malt in the mouth. Pleasing hoppy finish with sweet citrus fruit tangerine and mandarin. Really good beer. Hits my taste hot spots
