Ungstrup (11075), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 3, 2004 The aroma is sweet malty with notes of yeast. The color is a clear beutiful amber, but with lots of chunks of yeast floating around - and it has a beutiful off-white head. The flavor is sweet yeasty with notes of flowers, berries, aroma hops, and oranges. The end is quite hoppy dry and flowery. omhper (10438), Stockholm, Sweden Jan 27, 2005 Bottled. Amber with a tremendous amount of sediment. Medium sweet and medium bodied, rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and some aromatic grassy hops. Pleasant beer, but perhaps no attention grabber. Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Apr 25, 2005 Updated: Jun 6, 2005(Bottle 33 cl) Small and reasonably new Belgian brewery. I got this "Blond" from "Belgisk Bryg" in Emdrup. But it wasn’t for sale because of the large flaky sediments of yeast that lies at the bottom and creates doubt whether this beer is "off". As soon as the cap is off this beer fizzes extremely and floats out of the bottle. As far as flavour goes, this is still a delicious, soft blond ale with distinct sweetness and a hint of sourness. But something is definitely wrong.. 210103 fiulijn (5860), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Oct 29, 2006 Cloudy golden color; frothy head. The aroma is both malty and spicy. Same for the flavor, with stronger malt and stronger spice touch (coriander and light juniper), ending with a bold bitterness. Good. duff (5404), Sydney, Australia, Surrey, England Aug 2, 2004 Bottle. Last beer of the night. Very restrictive notes. Blonde, yeasty belgian, some candied sweetness. Haven’t got the best notes, but i remember it being pretty OK.
