Feb 4, 2005 (Bottled) Hazy golden color with floating yeast and medium, quite tight head. Quite mild, yeasty aroma. Dryish-malty, somewhat lemony-fruity and wheaty flavor with some sourness. Sweet-honeyish finish. Very smooth, medium-bodied palate. An enjoyable, smooth, easily drinkable, but maybe a bit dull brew.

Cloudy pale yellow. Fresh, dewy nose with notes of citrus and vanilla. Flowery and fairly malty with low acidic notes. Good balance but a bit one-dimensional.

Mar 4, 2007 Hazt gold with a lot of fizz. Yeasty aroma. Taste began with a promising spicy sweetness before a long and rather uninteresting dry finish. A disappointing beer.

May 22, 2007 Bottled. hazy golden appearance with a low white head. Spicy sweet aroma of yeast butter and oranges.. Sweet fruity flavour with yeasty tones of oranges, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Sweet and yeasty flavour of nectarines and white bread with spicy undertones of pepper, menthol and anise. Mild finish of nutmeg, yeasta nd oranges.

Nov 1, 2004 Updated: Jun 30, 2005Malty-sweet aroma with fruit (oranges) and yeast. Quite amber coloured for a blond ale. Hazy. Lasting off-white, medium head. Looks fine. Taste is malty sweet again, oranges, yeast and some spices. Some bitterness. Quite okay brew.

Feb 18, 2004 Hazy golden beer with lots of yeast leftovers. Nose is fruity, citrusy and hoppy. Flavor is nice and mild, fruit, oranges and somewhat watery. Very sparkling. Fresh.
