Little hazy golden bright with a rocky white head. Strange but pleasant herbal aroma, with a delicate malt sweetness. Right bodied. Easy drinking.

Appearance: golden color. Medium head with white color, dense and lasting. Aroma: light sweet smelts from malts and some yeasty. Spicy and citric aromas from hoops, with reminiscences of herbs, eucalyptus and grapefruits. Flavor: light sweetness start from pale malts, spicy progress with reminiscences of ginger, coriander and other herbs. Some citric-dry notes similar to grapefruits and orange peel. Light and lasting hoopy-dryness final. Gingery aftertaste. Palate: light to medium body and medium carbonation. Remark: decent blond ale, but the “ginger-touch” of some De Graal beers is repetitive.

Bottle at Schiphol. Aroma Lactic acid, stearic acid, oxidated, harsh fat, spicy, alcohol, malt. Too much CO2. Sweet taste, oily thin palate. No nice beer. A sinker.

Gold color, simply but a very nice beer. Hazy. Medium head. Looks fine. Taste is malty sweet again, yeast and some spices. Some bitterness.

Pours white-orangey with a short head. Nice yeasty, orange smell (I’m sure undeclared orange peel added) also some hop-citrus smell. Nice malty flavor, enveloped in generous hop bittering. Overall better than average, rather nice. Cheers!
