Bottle. Light aroma of liqueur, also some malt. The rather small white fizzy head disappear fast, the body is dark red. The taste is medium bitter, also some chocolate. A medium duration. The texture is creamy, light to medium with normal carbonation.

Bottle with a best before end date of 6/2009.Small semi-fizzy tan head with poor retention, one ring of lacing, very little carbonation, hazy, and a reddish hue. The aroma was malt, caramel, sweet, and dark fruits. Ditto for the flavor. Tingly mouthfeel and medium in body. This beer has a nice balance, easy to drink, worthy of a try, and I would drink this one again. Surprised at the overall low ratings.
