Bottle. Hazy orange/gold with an off-white head. Aromas are fruity, spicy and floral with ginger. Flavours are sweet and fruity with a sweet ginger beer soft drink character. Spicy with mellow lemon notes. Sweet caramel towards the finish. Pretty good.

Some alcohol in the aroma. Sweet fruity start. At first, quite nice strong ginger. Then in the middle and especially in finish the ginger is way too much. The palate of ginger turns very bitter. Quite a lot sediments in the bottle.

(Bottle at Delirium Cafe, Göteborg) Hazy yellow color, bir white head. Malty, spicy marcipan aroma. Malty, spicy herbal flavor, spicy and fruity notes along with some pine needles.

ZBF 2005. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is spicy mostly ginger. Taste is ginger, some malt and yeast

Dark yellow colored, little white head. Plenty of yeast pieces in glass. Ginger dominates in lemony aroma, some positive skunky spices and honey there also. Medium bodied. Flavor has also strong ginger with cardboard and lemon, yeast also there.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Ginger just weekly present. Light bitter flavor. Ok fruity esters (Blond ale notes). Week ginger notes. Moderate bitter average finish. Oily palate. Ok beer. More blond ale than ginger ale.

The aroma has ginger, yeast, malt, and sugar. The appearance is hazy gold with an average head. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall I like it.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a big fluffy white foam. Yeasty, slightly sweet and wheaty malty aroma with notes of citrus, ginger and delicate spices. Moderately bitter flavour with a balancing malty sweetness, full bodied with a lively carbonation. Yeasty malty and slightly citric taste with a tinge of ginger spice; dry-ish bitter sweet, slightly fruity and moderately spicy finish. Quite rounded, but not very complex brew. 01.XI.09
