Nice new approach to ginger beer. This beer is triple-ish with a lot of ginger in both aroma and taste. It's a sweet beer and I find notes of elderflower in it. But first and foremost, this is ginger. If you don´t like ginger, don´t even consider this beer

33cl bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with a nice big white head. Smells of clove, belgian yeast, spice, and ginger. Tastes deliciously spiced, with ginger, a well-balanced heavy sweetness reminding me of a ginger cookie. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, and a very creamy mouthfeel.

This tasty Belgian ale brewed with ginger is a wonderfully refreshing beer. The moderately sweet, fairly bready, doughy, and mildly toasty malts set a substantial base, while light hops add a touch of grassiness and modest bitterness, and ginger gives the flavor quite a bit of spicy pizzazz into the long finish. The nose is very similar, with aromas of ginger, hay, sweet, bready malts, honey, and alcohol. The beer is medium-full bodied with some additional weight from residual sugar, and the carbonation is low-medium, but the ginger makes up for that with its added vibrancy. Clear and pale-golden in color, though subsequent pours are cloudy, and the off-white head pours to nearly an inch before settling to a wide ring and dusty coating. Overall, this is a pretty nice beer. The ginger is at just the right level so that proper balance is maintained. I don’t know if I’d buy it again, but I at least enjoyed all 750-ml of this beer tonight.

33 cl. bottle. Pours a thick white, long lived head, with a bit of lacing, over a very slightly hazy gold (SRM 5) body......nose is cereal, light ginger, pepper.....taste is light ginger, cereal, hints of honey, light lemon, with hints of sweetness, light pepper finish...mouth feel medium, carbonation high. The ginger was used with a light hand, so it is really more a Belgian Golden Strong Ale in style. BJCP 7/3/12/4/6

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Ginger just weekly present. Light bitter flavor. Ok fruity esters (Blond ale notes). Week ginger notes. Moderate bitter average finish. Oily palate. Ok beer. More blond ale than ginger ale.

Fizzy gold colored pour. Big white head that falls quickly and leaves splotches of foam behind. Big fruity, bready aroma with some peppery notes. Slight ginger in the back of each swallow, preceded by a sweet fruity and slight hop flavor. Not to bad.

This one has lots of spice in the nose and the taste, far more than I could get used to.
