Chunky, cloudy, pale straw colored pour. Sizable white head that falls quickly and leaves a small amount of bubbles behind. Lemon meringue aroma. A little yeast as well. Sweet lemony flavor with a big dose of malt and alcohol. A slight bitterness left behind, but balanced out with some sweetness. Not as bad as I would have thought.

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a big and blond foamy head. Belgian yeasty spicy and malty aroma with notes of brioche and grains. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly grainy malty taste with notes of white bread/brioche and a crusty note, accompanied by subtle fruity accents; mildly sweet and slightly bitter finish with grainy and spicy notes in the aftertaste. 03.X.11

33cl bottle, BB12/2011.

Hazy yellow witbier colour, rough head. Smell is hard to describe. Tastes fresh, bit sweet, bit yeasty - but overall pretty good. Great carbo, full body.

Bottle, 33 cl: Hazy golden beer with a decent frothy and stable white head. Yeasty, spicey and fruity on the nose with a phenolic touch. Some citrusy grassy hop-notes and a warming alcohol in the mouths as well - very sweet with a bitter, slightly astringent finish. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation. Nice but not phenomenal belgian tripel.
