Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle. The beer pours a light yellow color with a white head. The aroma is about what you would expect from a tripel. I get some Belgian yeast and wheat notes, but I also get some grainy notes that are not too great. The flavor is different, but slightly disappointing. I get a lot of lemon, grain and grass notes, but I also get some tobacco notes. Not sure where the tobacco notes come from, but they do not mix well with the other flavors. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Bottle, bought @ Belgisk Bryg, Cph.
Pours hazy pale yellow with lots of small floaties. Good, staying, frothy, white head on top. Malty, bready aroma, some apples, oranges and earthy hops. High carbonation, good oily palate. Flavour is vinious, quite dry, light metallic, esters, pineapple, green apples, pine. Starts fairly sugary sweet before turning dry and quite bitter. A fine tripel.

Bottled (from beerplanet.eu). Hazy pale nutbrown/orange colour with huge foamy longlasting slightly off-white head that leaves good lace. Aroma is fruity, spicy, a bit yeasty as well. Also a slight salted liquoriceish tone to it as it’s been in the glass for a while. Flavour is fruity, spicy, yeasty, a bit toffeeish with a slight alcoholic burn in the finish. Gets quite peppery once it warms up a bit. Rather wellbalanced and imho a very pleasant Tripel (even though I lately have said Tripel is a rather useless beer style...).

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of coriander and over ripe fruits as well as malt. The flavor is very sweet and very fruity combined with notes of spices, alcohol, and malt, leading to a dry finish, where the alcohol is felt in the throat.
