75 cL bottle. Pours hzy yellow with a huge crispy white head lacing a thick lacing cream head. Apple citrus aroma, with a wheat like note. Quite grapefruit flavoured with soft carbonation giving a refreshing mouthfeel. Bitter finish. Nice although simple.

Hazy golden color. Nice aroma, flowery (elderflowers, orange blossoms...), and with a touch of vanilla. Thin mouthfeel, with a dry malt flavor, and still a nice flowery imprint. The bitteness is ordinary, unfortunately nothing like expected. Still, a very original beer, refreshing and very pleasant.

Bottled. Really hazy orange colour, not very much head. Aroma is yeast, flowery hops, caramel, some earth and fruits. Flavour is yeast, citrusfruits, malts, alcohol, toffee. Leaves a quite sticky palate.

Bottle, GBBF 07. Cloudy gold, thin head. Nose is quite yeasty and bitter with some berry fruit and spice. Banana? Mouth is very yeasty hop/malt with some citrust bite, some slight gueuzy acetic tones. Finishes hop bittery, coating mouthfeel, to a sharp rounded swallow.

Bottle, 75 cl. Yesterday at the H.O.P. day. Dark blond - to orange color beer, white head. Aroma of hop, fruity touch, but hop, all the way. Medium body. Taste is hop, bitterness, i like it ! Dry aftertaste. VERY GOOD.

Good off-white head, fast gone over hazy straw to olive-coloured beer. Very nice hoppy nose, both EU as USA, hopbales, and yes, straw or hay. Fresh, hop-dominated taste, grapey but not citrussy, dry garden herbs and generally delicate-flowery - lime blossoms. Medium bodied, but refreshing. Extremely nice beer, delicate in the EU/USA combination. Let the imitators of USA IPA’s try this first, before blundering on.
