UPDATED: APR 15, 2008 Bottle, thx to thewolf. Pours a hazy, golden-yellow body with lots of small and chunky floaties and an off-white head. Fruity nose with pale malt, spice notes and citrus. Pale malt, citrus, bitter and spiced flavor with some ginger. Quite dryish. Full body and a bitter finish. Pleasant beer, but I find the big chunks of sediments a bit unappetizing. Rating: 6-4-6-4-14-3.4. (080301)

Bottled. Yellow-orange, hazy tripel with a white head. Citrus, yeast, fruits, cellar and some spicey hops in the aroma. Light cellared in the mouth, with citrus and spices. Medium body and a finish starting sweet, but getting more bitter in a while. Quite pleasant. (060518)

Hazy golden with huge lasting head. Orange peel, yeast and flowers dominates the aroma. Flavor is sweet and yeasty with malt and spicy notes. Somewhat perfurmy. Alcohol is well hidden and it ends dry

Bomber from Forest City. Pours gold with a nice fluffy-white head. Aroma of esters, yeast, and candi sugar. Smooth palate with prickly carbonation supports flavors of lemon, flowers, and yeast primarily, with gentle hoppy qualities. Goes down smoothly, with a refreshingly bitter aftertaste. This is not the most dynamic beer out there, but it is superbly balanced and true to style.

Light golden coloured, good sized head that holds ok, sticks nice to the glass. Smell is yeast, spices and a bit fruits. Nice full body of taste. Sweet-bitter, fruits, spices. Better then expected.

Bottle 33 cl from Willems - Grobbendonk (B). Clear and veiled blonde, very saturated, huge white foam adhering to the glass. Fruity aromas, spicy, fresh, hints of hop and yeast. Sweetened taste but clean, a slightly oxydized, acidity and average bitterness, esters, orange, apricot, yeast, balance. Final always on fruit, yeast, almond. Lovely.
