3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 caesar (3748) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - JAN 2, 2005
Cloudy orange color, large off-white head. Aroma of some yeast, mandarin and orange, typical de Hemel spices, coriander. Watery and sirupy taste, but in a very good balance, and exactly in the way i like these beers to be. It reminded me a bit of de Smisje Triple, but then its younger brother (or sister). Very nice brew.

Bottle at LCRBM 2, Kulminator, Antwerp, Belgium Hazy, orange body. White, fizzy head. Aroma of hops: oranges, flowers, ... Lightly bitter, lightly sweet flavour, but quite flat. The flavour was nice, but not too overwhelming. Very subtle and good. But as I said before it’s not very outspoken and even a little bit watery.

One liter swingtop bottle. Hazy orange coloured, big head. Aroma of oranges and the same spices that are almost always present in the Hemel brews. Smooth flavour, good mouthfeel. Good beer of a nice brewery. WAY to expensive though.

Bottle, 1 liter. Bought @ BierBuik, Nijmegen. Pours a hazy pale orange with a small creamy lightly off white head. It stays for the duration of the drink. Aroma is powerfully spicy, even a bit perfume-like. Quite buttery in the aroma as well mixing with ginger, coriander and lots of oranges. Nice, full mouthfeel. Flavour is lightly fruity sour with lots of oranges, some ginger and coriander. Very refreshing.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 yngwie (9188) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAR 17, 2010
Bottle, 100cl, courtesy of fonefan. A hazy, almost golden beer topped by an off-white head. Pleasant spiced aroma with malts and notes of caramel. Sweet, fruity flavor with the same nice spicyness found in the aroma. Some bitterness towards the end, but not much. Dryish yet sweet mouthfeel, medium to full body. A quite nice one, but far from world-class. 091024
