@ Winterbierfestival PRZH 2010, Gouda. Orange, red colored brew. No aroma. Flavor is roasted, caramel, spices, bascilicum. A bit watery.

Die Stabilität der Schaumkrone ist ok-gut, es riecht mild, gewürzig, malzig-süß. Geschmacklich ist es sehr intensiv Nelkig, Nelkig-herb. Alle anderen Aromen ausser der Nelke (Malz, leichter Hopfen, Alkohol) sind Nebengeschmack und beinahe unbedeutend. Fazit: Interessant und Nelkig, einzigartig aber dennoch lecker, ungewöhnlich aber gut! Testenswert!

Hazy dark amber colour, beige head. Spicy aroma, cinnamon, cardamom, spekkoek, some citrus. Sweetish malt flavour, spicy, orange peel, somewhat bittersweet. Some caramel. Full body. Finish sweet spicy with some bitter touches. Nice and warming winter beer.

Draught @ Winterbierfestival, Gouda, January 2011. Hazy amber color, no head. Average smell, little bit fruity and sourish taste. Good body and carbo.

@ Winterbierfestival PRZH. A hazy amber colored beer, with almost no head. The aroma has some sourness with fruits like citrus. There are cokkies. The taste of fruits with malt with also some sour. In the back some bitterness. The aftertaste is bitter with some sour and sweet.

Tap, PRZH Winterbierfestival. Typical spicy and citric aroma. Hazy, yellow coloured with a thin head.Taste is sweet, spicy and caramel malty. Alcohol is noticeable. Medium body.

Tap, PRZH Winterbierfestival. Hazy orange golden color, short head. Aroma is spicy, typical De Hemel, maybe it’s the yeast, some caramel malt, some orange. Bit sweet and sirupy, some spices, orange again. Nice brew.

Tap. Nice spicy and citrus aroma with cinnamon. Hazy, amber color, beige head, very nice lace. Light sweet, light spices, oranges and light bitter, medium body and soft. Very good beer and perfect for cold winter evenings.
