Bottle thanks to Ansjelaah @ QDT 13. Clear light orange-golden color, no real head. Don’t get much aroma. Taste malts, lightly sweetish and just not much more. Weird, got to be the beer with the least taste ever. Weird.

Bottle @ #Bexit tasting thx to ansjelaah. Hazy yellow to orange with a small white head. Smells slightly hoppy, herbs and spices, malty. Tastes quite sweet, malty, herbs and spices. Medium body, soft carbo.

Hazy golden, medium grey head. Light sweet malts, fresh yeast, peaches but not very special. Smooth carbonation but also a bit sticky. Light sweet just enough hop backup. Doesn’t justify the alcohol. It’s okay. (On tap at De Drie Dorstige Herten)

Bottle@home (0,5l). Nice head, shrinking but lasting. Color Golden. Aroma anise. Taste anise, sweet, bitter. Palate mild, alcohol, bitter. Overall tricky it’s a triple.

Die Stabilität der Schaumkrone ist ok-gut, farblich golden. Geschmacklich sehr hopfig, etwas herb, blumig-hopfig, sehr hopfig aber nicht wie bei einem IPA. Im Nachgeschmack wird es kurz leicht alkoholisch, das stört aber nicht und nimmt nach ein paar Sekunden wieder ab, der folgende Nachgeschmack ist wiederum herb-hopfig und das hält auch noch eine weile an. Fazit: Ordentlich, aber nicht ganz so interessant wie die meisten anderen von De Hemel! Übrigens ist das, das lieblings Feierabendbier der Brauer von De Hemel.
