3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: Thanks Douberd: Served in a Chouffe glass: Label mentions 8%ABV:
Medium sized, vast, creamy vanilla like colored beer. Almost clearyo light cloudy dark tellow to orange colored beer.
Aromas of malts, soap, some flowers, some caramel, some grains and a hint of some sweet malt/barley malt tones
Flavours of grains, malts, light spice/alcohol tone, some bitters, herbs, soke barley malts, some corn, some apricot, some pils malts, it’s ok, lightly out of tune, but it’s decent enough to keep drinking it.
Aftertaste is a mix of bitters, herbs, malts, some grainy bitters and light sprinkle of clove.
Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium to lightly fuller bodied and a light creamy texture.
Quite a nice beer for the style it is...

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
500 ml swing top bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured into a tulip glass. ABV 8%
Clear golden orange colour on the body, with a small white head sitting on top. Average retention, light lacing left on the glass and a big foam island on the centre after the head collapsed. Still, not convincing.
Aroma mostly of malts, a bit sour too, some weird spices.
Taste of malts, quite sweet. Alcohol is very notable. Very yeasty. Finishes with some spices.
Medium thin body, average carbonation.
Overall average and another overpriced bottle.
