Sweet malts, sour fruit, grain and spices (ginger, possibly anise) retronasal. Flavor is moderate sweet, caramellish, a bit herbal spicy. Medium bodied. Finishes rather dry and herbal with moderate bitterness. Not shocking but well crafted.

Hazy orange coloured, small head. Spicy and yeasty like all De Hemel brews, very peppery. No my favourite kind of beer.
