Hazy light yellow coloured, frothy head. Aroma has coriander, citrus, and herbs. Taste is citrus, hops with a slightly bitterness. Finish could last longer. A mediocre white beer.

Das Serafijn ist ein Witbier mit Orangenschalen und Koriander. Die Schaumkrone ist ok, es riecht witbier-citrus-fruchtig. Das was mir zu dem Bier bei dem servieren gesagt wurde, ist in der tat am presentesten man schmeckt die Orangenschalen gut herraus und die Gewürzigkeit in Form von Koriander ist genauso wenig zu übersehen. Doch ist es dennoch unzweifelhaft ein Witbier, denn man schmeckt die witbier-citrusnote und die hefigkeit durchgehend herraus, auch wenn sie nicht so intensiv ist wie die orangenschalen und auch der koriander. Fazit: Ein ziemlich Spezielles Witbier, das mir gut gefällt, auch wenn der Koriander vielleicht ein bisschen weniger intensiv sein dürfte!

Pale light yellow colour, fluffy white head. Aroma fruity citrus and coriander seeds, slight wheat and hops touches. Flavour is rather sweet, orange peel, light hops bitterness and quite spicy. Rather light carbonation. Very fresh, quite OK.

Had this one @ Nijmeegse Bierfeesten Festival 2010. Hazy orange colored brew. Strange spicy aroma. Flavor has spices, wheat, dry, malty. Too much spices.

On tap @ NBF. The aroma has wheat, coriander, clove. Cloudy, yellow coloured beer with a lasting, white head. The taste is a bit sweet, has citrus and a lot of spice. Bit too much spice, imo. Refreshing beer.

Draught @ Stadsbrouwerij De Hemel, Nijmegen, Netherlands. Unclear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, light hoppy, citrus - orange, moderate yeasty, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (220208)

Tap @ De Hemel. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a fine creamy whipped cream-ish white head. Aroma is great - lots and lots of coriander mixing with wheaty sweetness. Mouthfeel is perhaps lacking a little bit. Flavour is very spicy, again with plenty of coriander and a general sweetness. Very refreshing and I like the large amount of spices.

On tap at the brewpub. Strong citrus aroma and lots of coreander. Cloudy, pale yellow, white fine head, very nice lace. Sweets, lots of spicy/citrus coreander, light bitter, hint of sourness. Medium body, light sticky. Good brew but too much spices for me.

Bit hazy yellow coloured, lasting head. Sweet, spicy (coriander) aroma, nice. Very spicy flavour, sweet, soft. More sour in the end. Good white, but could get boring if you drink more than one.
