COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
De "Hoevebrouwers", a young brewing couple want to start up a brewery on their farm.

First version from Picobrouwerij Alvinne, subsequent from De Proefbrouwerij, then De Graal.

Water, Mout (pils, tarwe), Hop (East Kent Goldings, Hallertau Mittelfrüh), Gist (T58)

Bottle. Clear medium to dark yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate yeasty yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (130208)

Bottled@Monks Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Golden colour, slightly hazy colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is yeasty, bready and caramelly along with some slight spices as well. Flavour is yeasty, mildly fruity and spicy.

Contrated, juicy flavour of lime and hay. Grainy with mild spicy bitterness. An elegant, relaxed and pleasant Belgian ale with good drinkability

Bottle, 6.5% from De Proefbrouwerij. Vegetable, urine and cream aroma, not really unpleasant. Hazy golden colour, small white head. High carbonation. Vegetable flavour with some coriander, OK spiciness. Sourish hop finish. Again, not as bad as it sounds.
