330cc bottle. Pours dark blond with creamy white head. Cloudy with lots of floating yeast. Nice resin and citrus hop aromas. Taste is hoppy resin and citrus with caramel sweet background. Not very bitter, not very hoppy almost not very IPA, but a very pleasant beer.

Bottle from De Hopduvel. Yellow cloudy, white foam. Medium carbonation. Grassy and hoppy. Light bitter. Some citrus. Ok, but not the best ipa.

0.33L bottle. Hazy yellow with a frothy off-white head. Really nice hop aroma, both piney and citrusy. Hop flavor dominates as well. Mild sweet at beginning going to nice hop flavor, floral and piney, finishing with a medium bitternes. Light body with a thin mouth feel and sharp carbonation. Overall, the beer is all about hops, good aroma, less so on the flavor.

Blondine ipa, eh ? Well quite golden for a Blondine. So ipa then? Well quite modestly hopped for that... I do enjoy the modern hop, quite spruce like, but a bit simple. And is that Belgian yeast? Hmm. Medium bitter isn’t too bad at this solid carbonation level. Tasty Belgian interpretation of an ipa. Or rather a tasty American hop variety of a Belgian blonde ale. (33cl stubby bottle from De Hopduvel)

Bottle. Pours cloudy golden with a lasting small white head. Aroma is papery, orange, herbs, toasted malt, light sour fruity, butter and spice. Taste is light sweet, very light bitter and sour. Body is light+, carbonation is soft+. Finishes light dry and hoppy.

Flasche von Hopduvel, Gent, neun Monate daheim gelagert. - Orangegelb, trüb, zahllose Hefeklümpchen im Glas. - Nase leicht süßlich, hefig, ähnlich einem Tripel; dazu IPA-typisch Mango u.a. tropische Frucht. - Im Antrunk fruchtige Süße, hefig. Schaumig rezent.
