Stable, if small yellowish head over straw-tinted golden clear beer. EU-hops main feat in the nose, if not really dominating - bit sub-mouldy grain, herbs. Again the EU-hops to the fore, if more lively than in the 800. Bitterish, but lacking serious maltbacking. Medium bodied, very rounded finish. Well, yes, good for the EU or local hopfarmers, but for the drinkers? I don’t get what the "revolutionary" yeast did for innovation...

Bottle at Metafoor, Leuven, Belgium Saturday 28th April 2012 Pours light amber with a white head. Hoppy aroma and this is a great hoppy beer, that retains a pleasant bitterness throughout. Soft in the mouth with a light spiciness and yeast also shows. Damn good beer, some light sediment in suspension, but this is a very good beer. A6 A3 T8 P4 Ov16 3.7

@ ZBF 2012. Clear blond coloured beer with small white head and no carbonation. Yeasty cartonnoge like aroma. Full slight sparkling palate. Finish is bitter spiced ending dry.

330 ml bottle at Blauwe Kater. Pours a golden/orange with persistent head. Very light on the nose but hints of pitted fruit and malt. Nicely balanced with flavours of apricot and bown sugar.

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thick dark blond and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a fruity touch . This beer smells to flowers.

Bottled 330ml (BB 05/2013, Tuulensuu)
Murky orange color, lots of floating yeast, steady small white head, lace. Sticky fruity-yeasty aroma, some apricot and alcohol. Medium to almost full bodied. Fruity, yeasty, lots of alcohol, some bitterness, Sweetish. Good De Proef quality but quite standard strong triple with excessive yeastyness.

Pours a hazy golden colour with a thick white head. Strong citrusy sweet aroma with some exotic fruits such as mango as well. Flavour of sweet fruits such as mango and apricot, caramel malts, light spices and yeast. Medium bodied, slick mouthfeel, soft carbonation and a lingering fruity, sweet and slightly sour finish. Very Tripel-like and alcohol is well hidden.

Aroma is fresh with fruity hops, citrus, orange and vanilla. Flavour is a bit tripel-like with citrus, orange peel and hints of spices. Belgian blonde that could be a tripel also.

33cl bottle. Dorée/orangée, col blanc fin. Arôme de levure, froment, malt sur un bouquet grillé/biscuité, le tout avec une pointe fruitée orangée et épice qui accompagne le tout. En bouche, reste encore dans ce profile DeProef, dans la levure, malt grillé/cara, levure épice, avec ce profile très belge sur fond de houblons amer. Le tout est sec en bouche avec ce côté grains. Garde ce profile fruité orangé comme indiqué en arôme, le tout sur une pointe de levure épicée en fin de bouche.

33cl bottle @ Fiere Margriet, Leuven, Belgium Great appearance with its ambercolor and large white head. The nose had a touch of cheese in it. I liked the taste at the beginning but it got worse while drinking. I didn’t like the aftertaste at all. Got some bitterness and soapyness in it.

Bottled@Tuulensuu, Tampere. Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is yeast, grains, fruity and floral notes. Flavour is sweet malts, fruits and some herbs and yeast.
