330 ml bottel at Blauwe Kater. Pours a dark black with light persistent head. Chocolate and roasted malt to the nose. Bitter dark chocolate taste with smoky hints. Dry finish. A good beer.

Very dark brown to black beer, small beige head, unstable, pretty adhesive. Aroma: sweet caramel, mocha, coffee. MF: lots of carbon (too much to be good), medimu body. Taste: caramel, dark chocolate, some grilled nuts. Aftertaste: more dark chocolate, coffee. Not bad at all!

Bottle @ VBPF’12 Brune claire, col beige. Arôme malté, grillé/cara sur un bouquet chocolaté laissant des notes d’amertume. En bouche, épaisse, malt grillé avec une torréfaction persistance, caramel le tout se terminant sur une légère note amer, aspect de cacao en poudre, choco amer. L’alcool se fait présent pour une stout gardant un profile bien belge.
