Poured this in the tumbler and didn’t see much head at all, exept for around the edges. Left decent lacing and body was dark golden colored. The aroma was an unpleasant combination of funky yeasts and hops. Bitter to the taste, had hints of fruits, vegetables (asparagus???) and corn. Hops and barley were present but the dominant aftertaste was like the aroma. Not my kind of beer but drinkable.

Aug 19, 2008 On tap. Golden yellow, white head. Nose of grain, butter and fruits/honey. Flavour is malty sweet, fruity and butter. Slightly bitter finish, a bit sour.

Aug 4, 2008 Golden colour and clear. Has a white head, mostly lasting. Aroma is fruity and malty. Flavor is sweet and has some acidic notes.

Jul 15, 2008 Draught (Bon Vivant, Riga) - Golden in colour with a white head. Very fresh and floral aroma with hops, peach and passion fruit. Fruity taste with a pleasant hoppiness with peach and passion fruit featuring again. Very nice and its taste belies its strength.

Jun 16, 2008 Bottle in gift pack. Pours a slightly hazy gold, with very little head and no carb. Aroma was sour and skunky...maybe a little light struck, possibly acetaldehyde. Tastes a little grainy,with mild alchohol. More like a lager than an ale. Average weight for mouthfeel. Would like to resample fresh.

May 28, 2008 Bottle at tasting at Chris Fischer’s (from Liars Club) house. Pours with an orange-gold body topped by a medium thick head with lots of lacing. It’s sweet and slightly spicy wtih some alcohol esters. Light bodied and dry.
