Cuvee is kind of brandyish--it has deep brandy and cotton-candy and yeast flavors, and isn’t too hoppy. It’s a world class player.

A lot of sediment in the bottle (a 750ml), but don’t be put off by it, the yeast actually adds quite a bit of flavor. Malty sweetness throughout. Very tasty.

Fruity hop aroma. Caramel coloured body with characteristic strong head. Sour, bitter flavour with some sour fruit in the aftertaste. Not as much alc. taste as expected. Great stuff, am I the only Australian who likes this? Drink through the head for a creamy taste.

Draft at the Mesquito Grill in Doylestown, Pa. Good beer. Nice malt flavor to it that hid the alcohol pretty well.

Pours a hazy deep amber with a 1/4 inch off-whit ehead. Some persistent lacing. Aroma is very fruity with hints of barnyard funk. Lightly bitter.
Tastes fruity. Hints of sour apple. A bit funky. Bitter. A crisp biting bitterness. Blends nicely with the funk and the fruity. Crisp in the mouth and lightly sticky. A bit of a sweet aftertaste. Pretty tasty. A good Belgian ale.
