From a 75cl bottle. This new beer ’de luxe’ is great! Small head that stays for a while. a complex but balanced flavor.

750 with a clamped cork from Oak Tree. Pours hazy gold with a 3 finger foamy off-white head. Aromas of light malt, honey?, and light stone fruits and citrus, wih something spicey/grassy. Med body. Flavor is lightly woody, with pale fruits and some floral hop. Just a touch of herb/grass. Definitely on the dry side, nicely floral, a little kandi on the sidelines, and some pleasant, likely noble type, hop. Finishes bitterish, but pretty well balanced with kandi/honey coming back. Mouthsmacking.

UPDATED: MAR 23, 2010 Dry, crisp, fairly hoppy with just a touch of bready malt. yeast is just a bit peppery, with a touch of fruit. Mouthfeel is very champagne-like, with extreme carbonation and very sparkling. Pretty solid.

Bottle, bought at Boysens Vinhandel, Odense. Bottle No 1541. Pours clear golden, a shitload of bubbles reaching towards a fuzzy, fizzy and frothy, white head. Fine lacing despite the short duration. Lovely aroma, lightly vinious, lots of yeast, pineapple, biscuity malts and oranges. Fine, cramy mouthfeel with lively, high carbonation. Fine flavour-compination. Sweet bready and biscuity malts, balanced viniousness, good fruity yeastiness. Apples, pineapple, light acidic. Very nice.

From Bottle at beer festival. Very nice and good balanced beer. I prefered it over the Red Ruby.

Pours deep amber into a tulip. Sea foam head with medium retention leaves spots as it recedes to hug rim. Sweet summer fruits, caramel and alcohol aromas. Sharp and slightly sour upfront turning peppery in the lasting finish.

Bottle. Body-medium yellow with a thick foamy head. Taste-light white spices, coriander, very well spiced, excellent use of spices. Really, this is just a spiced up something or other.

Bottle, 75cl, Golden blond coloured beer with almost no carbonation and a small white head. Herby aroma with some peppery touches. Full palate. Finish is again herby full malty with some light alcoholic accents. Very nice this one.

Consumed at Zythos, St Niklaas, Belgium, 08-03-09 This came courtesy of Ian, cheers Ian. Pours light golden with a white head. Quite bitter but good malty backbone. Soft in mouth, good banana yeastyiness, pleasant tasting with good bitter hops also. A7 A4 F7 P4 OV14 3.6
