2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
A tripel that doesnít really quite cut it, compared to the abbey tripels out there.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Strange aroma, hints of pear/apple cider, some yeast and too much alcohol. Not liking this so far. Got worse with tasting. Way too sweet, artificial pear taste. Where are the hops? Weak body, medium carbonation. Very unimpressive tripel. I had only a third of a bottle and was drinking the last sips with reluctance.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Very dark gold color, near to amber. Big fruit aroma, cherry. Sweet and rounded fruity flavors. Somewhat balanced, though not as dry or hoppy as I would like in a tripel. Very fruity and a bit too sweet. Not very tripel like.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Bright golden color, large white head. Peppery, malty, and a bit sweet. Pretty decent example of the style.

bottle from czech beer festival :) ... nice citrus aroma, amber, hazy, minimal head, white foam, light sweetness, medium bitterness, medium body, slick feel, soft carbonation, bitter, long finish, good fresh beer. i přes 8% alc. velmi osvěěujŪcŪ, ale ne nic exklusivnŪho

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On-tap at the Quinten Matsijs in Antwerp...
Orangey-copper topped by a billowing white head. Fruity and sweet pale malt in the nose. Hints of alcohol and spice.
Taste is also sweet and fruity with some noble hops evident in the finish. Finishes remarkably clean and the 8% alcohol is masked very well. Some sweet maltiness in the aftertaste.
Pretty fair tripel and certainly drinkable. Worth a try.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Darker amber orange. Small head, disappears very quick. Sour-earthy-spiced smell, spicey-earthy taste, not bad, a bit sad it looks so bad without foam.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A: The pour is a light amber color with a mild cream colored head on top.
S: The nose is quite light. I donít pick up too much, but there are some aromas of yeast, sweet malt, and spice.
T: The flavor is similar to the nose, but a bit better. There is a bit of yeast, some citrus, spice (clove, coriander), and a some sweetness.
M: The body is medium with a low to moderate carbonation.
D: I wasnít really a fan of this one. The flavor is decent, but nothing really stood about this one.

MAlt, sour cherries, very Belgian style.
Peaches, brandy, warming alcohol. Nice, but not outstanding.
