1.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Bottle by 10/2012. Sweet nose with fruit and yeast, wheat and phenols (and a little singed plastic). Big ruby body with a creamy tan head. Intensely strong flavor, cherry-leaning fruit and, unfortunately, many of the trappings of a messy wheat beer - wheat, cloves, spicy yeast, plastic, and acetone. Light smoked note before the booze begins to shine through at the end. Medium-full body, aggressive heft and alcohol. A mess.

In bottle at home. Pours a deep golden amber colour with a fair beige head. Aroma of biscuity malt, caramel, yeast and alcohol. Similar flavours with some toffee and fairly present alcohol again. Mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel.
