May 18, 2008 Pours out a clear light amber color with a small lacing head that quickly vanishes. Aroma of some sweet fruit, spice and slight yeast. Taste is refreshing, a bit watery. Notes of fruit, some yeast and spice, some dryness on the finish. Not a bad, good for a summer beer.

May 17, 2008 11 2 oz. bottle. Pours a clear copper with a thin linen white head that disappeared after the first sip and left no lace. The aroma was sweet with overtones of overripe fruit. Some caramel in the aroma as well. The flavor was caramel up front with some more overripe fruit sweetness. The sweetness then disappears, and the finish is dry and slightly acrid. Thin on the palate at the finish as well. A disappointing offering.

May 15, 2008 Draft. Pours orange with a thin white head. Light fruity aroma. Medium body. Flavor is mostly sweet with fruits, caramel, and cherry. Ends on a very soft bitter note. Not bad.

May 13, 2008 Clear amber body with a creamy tan head and big lacing. Aroma is very sweet rock candy and dark fruit. Flavor is very subdued rock candy, raison and doughy. Short somewhat fruity finish. Light bodied, thin texture.

May 11, 2008 Bottle. Yeasty aroma, pours a copper color, with a one finger white head that disappeared quickly. The flavor is sweet malty up front, then finishes dry and amlost a slight tartness. The palate is thin but that is expected, with a nice lively carbonation. Not the best Belgian I have ever had but at the same time it is very refreshing and drinkable.
