Sep 17, 2007 Amber with an off white head. Aroma is grassy, floral, and mildly yeasty. Flavor of lemon zest and some caramel, with a yeasty bite. Somewhat acidic, with woodsy hops in the finish. Smooth and full on the palate. Drinkable and tasty enough, just don’t expect to be blown away.

Sep 14, 2007 Pours a clear amber with lots of lacing on the way down. Nose is slightly yeasty and slightly sweet, though the environment I tasted it at was probably not the best for it. Flavor is smooth with a slight sweetness and a touch of mature bitterness. Mouth is smooth with bubble. Drinkable, yes. But still not the greatest Belgian brew I have ever had.

Sep 9, 2007 An ale, but ilke a mix between a top and bottom fermented brew which makes for an interesting easy to drink beer. Fresh dusty Saaz hobs, vague aroma of fruity esters, which suits this style nicely, sleightly roasted and a grainy finish. A brew for the masses with a really nice edge.

Sep 6, 2007 an aggressive pour formed a rich amber golden color and a 1 inch head that quickly fell. sweet aroma. saaz hops becomes known quickly and then blends with the malt and fades away. sweet finish, session belgian?

Sep 1, 2007 Bottle 330ml. Amber color with a nice beige foamy. Aroma is fruity and somenotes of Burned Sugar and hops. Flavor is sweety and a little bit bitter at finish. Mouthfeel is frutiy malty.
Cerveja de cor Ambar com boa espuma bege. Aroma frutado com notas de açúcar queimado e lúpulo. Sabor adocicado e um pouco amargo no final. Retrogosto Frutado emaltado.

Aug 25, 2007 bottle. Dark amber colour. Very pleasant combination of hops and fruity, well-balanced beer. Slightly sour and grainy, hints of coffee in the aftretaste and finish.
