Adenila (931), Denmark Sep 9, 2007 An ale, but ilke a mix between a top and bottom fermented brew which makes for an interesting easy to drink beer. Fresh dusty Saaz hobs, vague aroma of fruity esters, which suits this style nicely, sleightly roasted and a grainy finish. A brew for the masses with a really nice edge. scrizzz (1250), kirkland, Washington, USA Sep 6, 2007 an aggressive pour formed a rich amber golden color and a 1 inch head that quickly fell. sweet aroma. saaz hops becomes known quickly and then blends with the malt and fades away. sweet finish, session belgian? Quack-Duck (3128), Bodensee/Schwarzwald, Germany Aug 25, 2007 bottle. Dark amber colour. Very pleasant combination of hops and fruity, well-balanced beer. Slightly sour and grainy, hints of coffee in the aftretaste and finish. rayg1 (432), Ft. Mill, South Carolina, USA Aug 17, 2007 Pours amber with a very small white head. Aroma is light and fruity with your typical yeasty smell of Belgian strain yeast. Although, this is strange because the beer appears filtered. Taste is crisp yet fruity like a typical Belgian ale. A weird beer, its almost as if this is a blend of a hoppy amber with the yeast of a fruity golden belgian ale. A very interesting beer that I’m still trying to decide if I like or not. I will rate by my gut and see what happens. TaxiDriver (908), Stadland, Germany Aug 16, 2007 Bottle. Moderate yeasty, bread. Medium red clear body, small white frothy head. Moderate sweet flavour, medium duration. Light / medium body, dry texture, soft carbonation.
