A good beer although i do not drink it so often anymore. Now I prefer stronger and more tasty beers.
2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Avatar (82) - Gliwice, POLAND - APR 22, 2007
Bottled and from tap. Right in Antwerp, also in the brewery. Sometimes refreshing, sometimes I hardly enjoyed it. Not bad, but also nothing special.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Furseth (1612) - Kungälv, SWEDEN - APR 22, 2007

3.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 mannika (140) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - APR 18, 2007
On draft at Beer Bistro. Pours a bright red. Not much of an aroma, a bit hoppy. Flavour was nice and full, with a hint of sweetness, perhaps cherry? Finish is subdued but lengthy, with a bit of a more bitter taste. A really impressive refreshing beer.
2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 tykjen (182) - Florø, NORWAY - APR 13, 2007
Ok, but not much more. Good yeasty character, but I bet this beer is really different if in the unprocessed version. The cooked (pasteurized) flavors are too prominent.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Magtek32 (76) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 7, 2007
330ml bottle. redish copper colour with a thin almost non existant head. fruity malt aroma. flavour is kinda boring, sweet with an earthy finish. not much carbonation at all. average.
3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Fukito (610) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - APR 7, 2007
Tap at Afspanning, Antwerp, march 07. Verey faint aroma with some yeasty traces and a very slight nuts touch. Toasty flavor with some burnt bitterness and a short nutty ending, like a restrained altbier. MF is medium to light, a bit watery. Beatifull light copper color with a big, creamy, beige head. Nice, but rather flat amber ale.
3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Naven (988) - Poway, California, USA - APR 6, 2007
On tap @ S.D. Brewing Company. Came served in a De Koninck glass. Awesome glass, lame beer. Light, watery and devoid of anything resembling a good belgian beer. Tasted like Bass.
