Pours copper like with a small quickly diminishing head. Malty aroma with fruity/yeasty notes. Light taste, it’s sweet and spicy, light bitterness. Carbonation is rough on the palate. Slight sour hint in the taste also. Mild finish. Light bodied. Overall OK

25cl bottle into glass. Bronze beer with steady carbonation. Sweet creme caramel nose. Fizzy sour mouthfeel, quite surprising! Aftertaste is fruity, a little sour then dry. Unusual mixture of flavours but interesting.

Clear dark copper colour with a tiny off-white head. A weak aroma of malt, sweetness and caramel. The flavour is sweet caramel malt, mild strawberries and a touch of hops. Very average.

12 oz bottle on tap. Clear brown brew with tan head. Crisp aroma of toasted malts, tart fruit and some Belgium yeast esters. Taste is light, caramel malt with roasted grain / nutty overtone, crisp finish, nuts, floral hops, hints of tart fruit. Light bodied and refreshing palate. Light and refreshing though somewhat meek.

Bottle 33cl. Amber coloured with an off white head. Aroma is not very explicit. Some malt, but it mostly reminds me of pilsner. The taste is bitter at first, but later on it develops a spicy undertone.

*Old rating, best before 14/03/05. 5% Mild-malziges, sehr süffiges Bier. Leicht trockene Ale-karakteristik, malzig ohne zu süß zu sein. Sehr süffig und mild mit feinherbem Nachgeschmack. Lecker.

Mahogany/ruby, thin offwhite head is persistent and leveys lacing. Belgy aroma, ripe fruits mostly. Surprisingly malty, medium body, standard carbonation, semisweet, long malty finish. OK, fruity one with nice color.
