25cl bottle. Bronze body, minimal head. Weak caramelly and minerally aroma. Weak caramelly taste with minimal hoppiness. Shockingly bland - the ale characteristics are all muted, this could very well be just a caramel lager.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Draft at Oud Arsenaal in Antwerp. Nice-looking beer with a deep amber hue and a big, pillowy head. Lightish body; creamy soft and gently carbonated. Toast and bread crust right out of the gates. Mild bitterness. Subtle, peppery bitterness. Odd metallic- and iron-like flavor. OK amber ale, though not overly exciting.

My favorite brown beer, pretends to be nothing, drinks smooth and is very easy. It is not complicated nor super, i just drink it all the time i want a light beer and no need for a strong one.

Aroma has hints of bread, grass and pear. A bit metallic and rusty. Pours nice copper color with a decent beige head that leaves lacing. Taste has bready malts, a bit of caramel and grassy dry finish. Not much Belgian yeast. Body is pretty light. Medium carbonation.
