2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pours a nice amber/copper color, but the head quickly disappears. Aroma has a bit of the caramel sweetness and a bit of biscuity malt. Smooth beer thats fairly balanced, but it does leave a lingering sweetness on the palate.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours deep amber with a smallish and slightly tan head. Aroma is malty with notes of sweet fruits and caramel. Taste is malty too with some fruitiness and rather unpleasant flavour of yeast. Finish is short, but nice and crispy with some citrus flavour. Slightly too sweet for me. (250ml bottle, labeled as De Koninck APA)

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from World Beer Market (Sake no Taniguchi), as "De Koninck APA Antwaarpse Pale Ale". Mild fruity nose, berries, spicy, dark fruit. Coppe/brown color, filmy head. Caramel, thin ripe dark fruit, a bit of sweet baked apples, and a moderate bitter finish. Thin-medium body. Pleasant. A sort of sessionable Belgian Ale.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
0.33 bottle. Clear, amber color with a small, white head on top. The aroma is a bastardization of the standard Belgian yeasts marked with a substantial amount of wet cloth. The taste is a bit more tolerable but by no means amazing: butter, some yeasts, and socks do not make for a great flavor. A medium body, a slick texture, and a soft carbonation. Finish is short and bad. Overall the beer is most certainly meager, the only salvation for a drinker’s palate lies in its diluted character.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Keg in Burgers & Beer Gollem in Antwerp. Clear bright rusty orange beer with and medium white head. Nose is spicy, sherberty hop, lemon citrus spritz, boiled sweet, barley sugar, earthy hop. Taste is boiled sweet, barley sugar, toasted grains, earthy, herbal hop, light citrus, dried coriander, spice. Little yeasty floral. Considering its pasteurised this is a very good beer.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Thanks for nothing @kapusil! jk jk. Light amber color with no head. Aroma is sweet syruppy and malty. Light mild bitterness, especially apparent in the finish. Sometimes sweeter, and sticky. Not bad, but not that great either. Not sure what made MJ put this on the 500 list..

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
0.33l bottle. Clear amber body, very thin white head. Aroma and taste of caramel, cherries, cloves and floral hops. Not bad, but somehow it lacks the character.
