3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 blank (997) - Washington, Washington DC, USA - AUG 24, 2005
A desent little belgain but fairly unremarkable. A decent nose and a nice orange/brown color, but not particularly sweet or flavorable. A good beer, but doesn’t standout as much as most belgains i’m used to.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 urbnhautebourg (997) - Annapolis, Maryland, USA - OCT 7, 2003
I haven't any doubt this is an old sample. Head disappers without a trace. Body is littered with yeast flotsam (which I will excuse, given its age). Flavor is very nice indeed, like the aroma, full of rich malt. Palate is strangely watery. If you think of this as a chugging Belgian, you'll dig it. Simple, direct and pretty fun.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Diogène (990) - Mirabel, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 26, 2006
On tap at Pub Italia, Ottawa. Hazy orange with a thin but long lasting white head. Aroma is sweet malt and fruits. Taste is sweet malt, tiny bitter aftertaste with a creamy mouthfeel.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Naven (988) - Poway, California, USA - APR 6, 2007
On tap @ S.D. Brewing Company. Came served in a De Koninck glass. Awesome glass, lame beer. Light, watery and devoid of anything resembling a good belgian beer. Tasted like Bass.
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 mmmbeer (987) - Austin, Texas, USA - AUG 15, 2008
11.2 oz. bottle poured into tumbler- poured transparent copper tan, medium carbonation of tiny bubbles, white ring around the glass for a head that laced some. Aroma of a caramel malt, honey, and lillies (?). Hits the mouth with a high-lower end body, malt has a odd character to it- it kind of doesn’t want to be noticed but it’s there, acidity from hops on the finish. Odd one.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 taphandle (985) - Texas, USA - AUG 24, 2010
Ark brown, tan head. Aroma of hay. Taste is very crisp and with brown malt - almost a light chocolate flavor. Very carbonated. Very refreshing, but not very deep in flavor.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 RblWthACoz (963) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - SEP 14, 2007
Pours a clear amber with lots of lacing on the way down. Nose is slightly yeasty and slightly sweet, though the environment I tasted it at was probably not the best for it. Flavor is smooth with a slight sweetness and a touch of mature bitterness. Mouth is smooth with bubble. Drinkable, yes. But still not the greatest Belgian brew I have ever had.
