Tasted from the tap @ De Koperen Kat. Pours pale gold with a white head. The aroma and taste is a bit hard to describe - a.slight sweet/sour/bitter combination, reminiscent of Balsamic vinegar - whatever it is, it works

My second Koperen Kat and they seem to have improved. Nice pilsner, not crisp but tasty. Some spices, fizzy on the tongue too. Thick for a pilsner, but nice.

(bottle) pours a clear golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of floral hops and cheese on toast, with a hint of apricots, lavender and light bretty funk. flavour is mostly the same, quite strange, with notes of sweatsocks, sweet confectionary and bubble gum. light-bodied with average carbonation.

Bottled @ Drie Dorstige Herten. Clear yellow color, short head. Aroma of hay, soft hops, bit sulphury yeast. Soft bitter taste, quite full bodied in the malt. Quite nice and flavorful, although the sulphury notes might be a bit too present. And strangely enough, it has too much flavor, which makes it a less easy drinkable. Could be more dry in taste.
