Good to see there is finally a brewer in Delft again, now let’s start making good beers. Some apple and other green stuff, dry and bitter finish. Not a lasting memory. At the Winterbierfestival in Gouda.

Tap@WBF12. Mwww... don’t know what to think about this. Had it, didn’t like it all, completely amateurish. However, later on (new keg?), someone said "no I like it" and I tried it. This one wasn’t spectacular but way better.

UPDATED: JAN 23, 2012 Cloudy dark orange, thin frothy body. Metal, brown sugar, boiled potato, raisin, cake. Watery, woody, not very nice. Meant well but misses a fullness. Still drinkable, with some tasty spices. Keep it up. (At Pint Winterbier Festival 2012, at 6.6%, brewed at 08-sep-2011)
