330mL from the Pizza Port bottle shop. Pours a hazy, deeper orange. Thick, dense, yellowish head. Wispy lace. Nose is grassy, a bit skunky, moving to fresh curacao, creamsickle. Palate is aerated, minerally, dry, dusty. Taste is sudsy, drained, light bodied. Yeast forward. Showcases a phenomenonal house yeast strain atop a clean, simple base beer.

Pale amber pour with a tight white head. The nose is a little bit fruity with a more aggressive apricot and peach fruitiness. Some soft earthy hoppiness and a touch of lingering bitterness. A touch of light pepper and some herbal/earthy flavour. A little bit of soft biscuity malt flavour throughout. Nice stuff.

Pours a three finger cream head that fades slowly leaving some lace. Hazy light amber color, some yeast left in bottle. Medium carbonation and medium bodied. Grapefruit hop nose and flavor is grapefruit hops, lingering bitter aftertaste. More like an IPA than a Belgian pale. $4.99 for a 330ml bottle from Beverage Warehouse Winooski, VT.
