Overall: Forgettable, wouldn’t buy again.

On tap at Monks, pours a clearish golden color with small white head. Aromas of pale malt, lots of hops, belgian yeast, shampoo. Taste is white pepper, citrus hops, grass, blight belgian spice, and pine. Medium body, finish was dry and pleasantly hoppy.

On tap at the Trappist. It pours a gold color with an orange/white head. The aroma is piney with lots of dried apricots. A little bit of spicy hops. The flavor is very bitter with more apricots, pine and mild hop spice in the finish. Light bodied and packed with flavor. Very nice hoppy BPA.

Pint on tap at Moeder Lambic. Clear golden and brown white medium, airy and white head. Nose : malty bread aromas. Citrus a peppery hop notes. Sip : beer is watery in texture and with low carbonation. It is mildly sweet with, developing dry clove and zest flavor that becomes bitter abd lasting until the next sip. Very easy to drink and a perfect pint for me. Thanks a lot for this brew.

Draft at Monk’s in Philly. Pour is a nice clear golden color, with a fluffy white head. Malt is very light and slightly bready, nice hops, grass, and a touch of fruit. Light body, very easy drinking.
