A collaboration beer between Moeder Lambic and Brasserie De La Senne. Exclusively on draft at Moeder Lambic and at selected bars around the world.
Brewed with Challenger, Styrian Golding and Admiral hops.

Pours in orange body with medium head. Aroma is yeasty, citrusy, light earthy. Taste is low sweet with high earthy biternesss. Clean palete. Body is flat, medium, low carbo, oily.

Draft at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Pours cloudy golden with a lacy white head. Aroma is fruity, grassy and some yeast. Taste is moderate bitter and moderate sweet, Medium body with average carbonation.

Draft at apex. Pours a clear medium gold with a loose white head. Nice clean lightly spicy nose. Creamy light body with lively carb. Softly toasted caramel, a little warm dust, and some gently spicy notes on the mid palate. Crisp dry finish.

Sampled at GBBF 2013, London - Day 2. Pours cloudy gold with a frothy, white head. The nose has mild pale malts and rindy citrus. Light sweet flavor with dry citrus rind bitterness and dry hay. Light in body with fine carbonation. Bitter lemon rind to finish with hay and dried biscuits. Refreshing.

From cask at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Pours hazy amber with white head. Low carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, low sweetness, grapefruit, some citrus. Good refeshing ale. Again a perfect example from de la Senne for low ABV and full taste.

[10/7/13] Draught at Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas in Brussels. Hazy yellow with a bubbly white head. Aroma of yeast and some fruitiness. Flavor is a bit sweetish, yeasty, fruity, with floral and citric hops and a moderately bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Decent.

12 oz. draft at Monks Cafe. Opaque orange-pear color with a small ring of bubbles. Nose of spicy toffee, pear, white grape, and citrus. Taste is a more powerful blend of the same plus a woody-resin finish. Medium body has low-medium smooth carbonation, with a big dry finish. Tasty easy drinker.

Una gran cerveza belga de sesión, con su escaso contenido alcohólico (3,5% según la carta de los dos Moeder Lambic en donde las probamos, quizás se refiera a la última partida). Se nota el golpe del lúpulo, siendo un respiro de aire fresco entre la magnífica tradición belga.
