The idea of session beers as a whole is something that I find to be silly and limiting. That, because there exists a menagerie of beers that are full bodied, flavorful, and low abv. The category, "Session Beers," limits low abv beers, because a lot of people think that low gravity means weak bodied, watery beers. This is simply not the case. Band of Brothers is one that leads the way in proving beer lovers wrong about reasonably alcoholic beers. It is very hoppy (seemingly piny American hops), with a bready malt character, but light in the finish, quickly fading off the palate. An excellent brew that is very approachable for both beer lovers and those that are new to beer in general.

Draft at Novare Res. Amber body with a creamy, lasting head. Light body with a hefty bitterness and dry. Sweet hoppy aroma. Would love to drink a ton of this brew.

Nice blond beer with a small white head. Hoppy aroma and taste. A bit citric but also herbal hop flavors noticeable. A very rich tasting beer concidering the low alcohol content.

On tap at TnD. Golden pour with white head. Citrus, floral, grass aromas. Moderately bitter. Light bodied with crisp, dry finish. I am definitely liking these farmhouse session ales.
