Tap @ Moeder Lambic. Nice clear golden pour with a frothy white egg. Light hop, mangoes, cereal, grains and some light lemon. A bait watery.

Serving: Draft at Churchkey. Hazy light gold color with a loose white head. The nose has a good bit of citrus with a touch of overall fruitiness. Light grains on the tongue to pair with the citrus pith and lighter yeast notes. Very enjoyable.

Commissioned by Moeder Lambic and tasted from tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Sticky, off-white, loose head leaving pretty lacing on the edges, colour a misty golden blond. Bready and yeasty aroma of apple, wheat, straw, grass, tonic water, orange, apricot, egg. Soft fruity taste, sourish with citrus peel freshness, bready and yeasty middle phase, some yeast bitter, dryish finish with some acidity and grassy hop bitterness. Tasteful, especially in view of the low ABV; for a low alcoholic beer, say anything below 4% ABV, this is one of the best I tasted so far, up there with the Gigi table beers, the trappist enkels and Dupont’s Biolégère.

Fresh yet moderate Belgian ale with nice classic hops, bit English even however with the characteristic well developed Belgian yeast profile. Nice mouthfeel, great dry ending. Not super exciting but a great modern brewed version of a classic Belgian ale (with a small hop twist). Working out very nicely indeed. Great brewer! (On tap at La Fine Mousse)

UPDATED: SEP 16, 2014 From tap @moeder lambic. Dark yellow, hazy, with a perfect white head. Grain, but really, on the foreground. Malts. Taste is grain, but really, if you want a low %grain beer, this is your match. Bitter, somewhat dry finish, long finish. Think for what it is great beer

Cask pour@Moeder Lambic 09/2014. Light, watery pour emanating typical floral De la Senne yeast on top of grated grapefruit pith. Taste is a diluted, yet still aromatic floral bitterness of hard to categorise EU hops. Little malt sustenance, a quick, clean and rinsing sessioner to be categorised in the less artfully rounded BE ale experiments 2.0 by DLS.

Haylike and bitter Belgian. Pours hazy orange with good head and lacing. Grassy aroma with light orange peel. Bitter finish. Tap at GBD.
