[Bottle--thanks, sebletitje!] Complex aroma of brown sugar, soda crackers, dried fruit, and faint ethanol. Opaque dark brown under a persistent off-white cover and lace with clear highlights. Sweet, nutty brown sugar flavour with some spicy Belgian yeast character and tropical fruit accents. Cadbury fruit and nut chocolate bar. Medium light body, medium carbonation, smooth, but with some carbonic bite.

Good Beer! Great brown color with creamy beige head, light hoppy and roasted aroma, this sensation also in mouth, not excessive bitter, sweet with caramel malt sensation, alcohol well hidden, sweet and good aftertaste

Dark earthy colouer with an off-white head. Aroma: earthy notes, moderate hoppy, coffee, roasty. Sweet taste, with a mod. roasty aftertaste. An interesting beer, but not as a BIPA.

This is an excellent beer. But not as a Black IPA. Appearance is a large, long lasting, tan head, some lace, and a very dark, but clear cherry wood color. Aroma is earth, fruit, malt, cocoa, yeast. Flavor’s like aroma with carbonic tang, bit of sweet up front, then just enough bitter from malt, yeast, hop to balance with generally a good finish except a slight medicinal cast. Body is good tho boozy. I really like this beer.
